1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. Enrolment is covered by the terms we give you at the time your child joins, which take precedence over these.

3. Enquiries
This website does not take bookings or payments. Every enquiry starts a conversation, usually on WhatsApp or by phone. Nothing on this site is an offer, and an enquiry does not reserve a place.
Places are limited by batch size and are confirmed only when we confirm them.
4. Classes, fees and schedules
Fees are not published here. We will tell you the current fee for your child’s batch and centre when you enquire.
Timings, age bands, levels and locations shown on this site are correct as at the date above and can change. We will tell you directly about any change affecting a batch your child is in.
Trial classes are arranged individually.
5. Our centres and partner centres
Some centres are run directly by The Banyan Tree. Others are run by independently trained educators under The Banyan Tree Teachers Collective, using our curriculum and teaching under our name.
Where a centre is run by a Collective educator, your agreement for those classes is with that educator. She sets and collects her own fees and is responsible for how her classes run. We are responsible for the curriculum, the training, and the standards she agrees to work to.

6. The Teachers Collective
An expression of interest submitted through this site is not an application and not an offer of a place. Joining depends on orientation, an application and a selection process, and places are limited by area.
Any earnings figures on this site are illustrative gross fee revenue based on stated batch sizes and fees. They are not income projections, not guarantees, and not an offer of employment or a fixed return. What an educator earns depends on her batch sizes, her fees, her location and her costs.
7. Our curriculum and content
The Banyan Tree curriculum, lesson material, worksheets, magazine and website content belong to us. You may read and share this site. You may not copy, reproduce or teach from our material without written permission.
“The Banyan Tree” and our logo are the subject of trade mark application no. 7608859 in Class 41. The mark is applied for and not yet registered, and is used as ™.
8. Photographs
We photograph and film classes only with written parental consent, for a stated use. See our Privacy Policy.
If you appear in material on this site and want it removed, write to info@banyantreegkclasses.com.
9. This website
We keep this site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current at every moment, and we may change it without notice. Where we link elsewhere, such as Instagram or YouTube, we are not responsible for what is there.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect the terms covering your child’s enrolment, which deal with the classes themselves.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
